Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used intimate products.

Refunds or replacements are only issued if:

  • You receive the wrong item
  • The item arrives damaged
  • The product is defective upon delivery

To qualify, you must contact us within 24 hours with proof (photos/video).
